Vintage Mexico Sterling Heart Beads & Blue Topaz Necklace

Incredibly beautiful sterling beaded necklace, strung with blue topaz beads interspersed with sterling and a large sterling hand crafted heart pendant. The amazing and talented silversmiths of Mexico created this stunning piece most likely in the late sixties. The “corazón” features hand stamped designs, with an extra large bale to accommodate the multi-strand beaded necklace. The beads are sterling silver interspersed with both large and small crystal cut faceted blue topaz beads.
Absolutely stunning!
The 29” necklace is clearly silver stamped Mexico 925 on reverse of locking clasp.
Large sterling heart measures 3.25” long including the bale and 2.25” wide.
Gorgeous statement piece, unlike any other I have seen in 45 years of collecting. Quite possibly a custom piece for a special client.
