Vintage Beaded Mexican Siliver Necklace/Small Belt? Flower Repousse

This unique necklace 26.5" in total length.  The clasp is a hook to a circle.  On the clasp is marked "sterling Mexico" with some other markings that are difficult to see.  Please review the photos.  The beads are like marbles and each differs in color.
