Vintage Sterling Silver & Deep Purple Amethyst Mexican Necklace Set
Beautiful Vintage Mexican Sterling Silver & Amethyst Necklace Bracelet & Earrings
This beautiful vintage sterling silver & amethyst necklace measures 15 1/4 inches end to end. Each link measures 3/4 inch top to bottom and 7/8 inch across at the widest point. It weighs 2.3 oz. The bracelet measures 7 1/4 inches end to end. The links are the same as the necklace. It weighs 1.1 oz. The bracelet and necklace can be linked and worn together for a longer necklace. The earrings measure 3/4 inch top to bottom and 7/8 inch across. They are screw-back. Together, they weigh 8 grams. The necklace and bracelet are marked Silver, Mexico. This mark was used in the first 1/2 of the 20th century. These pieces have been in storage and have never been worn. The amethyst stones are very deep purple I do not find any chips in the stones.
