Standing Man with Sombrero & Poncho Metal (Pewter?) & Blue Stone Pendant

Hello and welcome to my page. Up for your purchasing pleasure is this
small metal pendant, possibly pewter (it feels heavy enough to be so) jewelry featuring a standing man with sombrero, poncho and sandals. In the center of the poncho is a turquoise colored stone that feels man made.
Its not marked in any way,  so its impossible to know its age or maker. It measures approx. 1 ¾” high x 7/8” wide; its weight is 17.6 grams. Its back is just hollow silver colored metal.
Decorative plant, ruler, and coin are for size comparison and stylistic use only. There are no returns on this item.
