This is a gorgeous Artisan Handmade Sterling Silver Milagro Heart Corazon Pendant Necklace. It measures 24 5/8” length and weighs 27 grams. This lovely necklace has a cable link chain, fastening securely with a lobster claw clasp closure with a dangling heart milagro at the center. Th heart measures 2 1/4” length x 1 3/8” width and has beautiful etched detail in the crown and engraved vine of thorns. It is signed with the artist’s hallmark on the backside of the pendant, however I can’t make out the signature and it is stamped “sterling”. This is a fabulous artisan handmade piece that can easily be a “go-to” accessory!
